Services Provided

Seeds of New Beginnings provides professional mental health counseling, addiction recovery, trauma support, anger management, and related behavioral health services. All services are provided by licensed and credentialed professionals in accordance with applicable Georgia state laws and regulations.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your health history and current condition
  • Follow agreed-upon treatment plans and communicate openly with your counselor
  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice of cancellation
  • Pay for services as agreed, including any applicable co-pays or deductibles

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or discharge from services. Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We accept multiple insurance plans. It is your responsibility to verify your coverage, benefits, and any applicable co-pays or deductibles with your insurance provider before receiving services. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Confidentiality

All information shared during counseling sessions is confidential and protected under state and federal law, including HIPAA. Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, or when required by court order.
